We are an IT company based in České Budějovice. We have a capacity of 10 experienced and certified full-time experts and a number of permanent external experts. We are a well-coordinated and reliable team used to provide comprehensive services. As a result, we can take overall responsibility for IT and save customers the cost of coordinating different vendors. We take pride in the fact that we solve the requirements of our customers not only with quality, but also quickly. We are also constantly learning. We have many years of experience in the field of e-commerce, experience with the needs of manufacturing companies as well as trading companies. We develop custom software, implement the HELIOS iNuvio ERP system and provide technical services. We have long-term partnerships with our customers.
We have been here for you since 2000
Our history dates back to 1993, when UNIPEX began operating as an association of four individuals. The founders of the association knew each other from the state forest computer center, where they worked in senior positions and as programmers. In 2000, UNIPEX CZ s.r.o. was founded, which became the successor of the UNIPEX association.
What have we had the opportunity to participate in over the years?
For many years, we have provided comprehensive IT services to groups of more than 10 forest companies. First, it was about managing the IT infrastructure and supporting the HA-SOFT ERP system. Later, we developed an ELF forest production management system for forest companies linked to the SAP system and provided them with infrastructure management for the SAP system. After the takeover of forest companies by Agrofert, we participated in the migration of local infrastructure to Agrofert infrastructure. Our cooperation with forest companies continues, recently we have implemented, for example, interconnections between SAP and HELIOS systems.
During our existence, we have developed hundreds of small applications and applications strategic for our customers’ business. What do our applications do? They manage food production, are a checkpoint in the process of producing parts for Jaguar cars, point out the upcoming anniversaries of colleagues, handle document workflow, serve to order lunches, provide automatic water invoicing, handle fish registration. Since 2000, we have been implementing the HELIOS iNuvio system (formerly Orange) and tailoring it to our customers‘ needs. We also use HELIOS iNuvio ourselves. Recently, we have carried out a significant subcontract for Asseco Solutions, a.s. It is a B2B e-commerce solution that communicates across more than 50 companies.
In the field of e-commerce, we had the opportunity to contribute to the success of the largest players in the market in the past. The e-commerce solution levneELEKTRO.cz delivered by us repeatedly won the ShopOfTheYear competition in various categories, such as the Popularity Award and the Quality Award. It also won the Internet Effectivess Awards. In 2016, the e-shop achieved a turnover of 1.5 billion CZK.
We have implemented an e-shop for the largest photography brick-and-mortar store in Central Europe - FotoŠkoda Prague Center.
We have developed software for CENTIFOX exchange offices, which is used by more than 30 exchange companies.
More than 300 users from Jihočeská energetika, a.s., dozens of users and IT administrators from Český Telecom, a.s., Lesy České republiky, s.p., Jednota, s.d., Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o., Financial Directorate in České Budějovice and a number of other companies took part in our trainings.
We have also participated in the localization of Microsoft products and have written a book about MS Word, which was awarded by CHIP magazine as the best publication on MS Word.
